2. B No. Only a police officer, ranked Inspector or higher, is allowed to stop and end a bicycle ride .
3. C Yes. A policeman is allowed to deflate the tires and remove the valves to prevent further riding them illegally.
4. D Yes. Only if the rider is 18 years old or more..
